About

The Empire Strings started ten years ago as the Empire String Quartet. The musicians have performed throughout Europe, Canada, Mexico, and the United States in various ensembles, including symphonic orchestras, chamber ensembles, and the occasional rock and roll band.

Members have performed with Mistlav Rostipovitch, Aaron Copland, and Smokey Robinson, among others. Collectively, they have over twenty-five years of schooling in their art and over twice that in professional experience.
