Booking Empire Strings

Please refer to the following when booking Empire Strings for your event.

Step 1 : Contact Cara K. Pimentel via email at violacara@msn.com. Please include the following information: your first and last name, date(s) and time(s) of your event(s), and the location(s) of your event.

Step 2 : A member from Empire Strings will answer your inquiry and make arrangements to receive a signed contract and a deposit from you in order to ensure our services for your event.

Step 3 : A member from Empire Strings will contact you to arrange a music consultation where we can discuss the details of your event and your musical selections. If you are hiring Empire Strings for a wedding ceremony it is helpful to arrange this meeting after the order and details of your ceremony have been decided. This music consultation is included in the fee.

Step 4 : A member from Empire Strings will attend your wedding rehearsal for up to one hour. The attendance to a wedding rehearsal for up to one hour is included in the fee.
